Qualification: Graduate/ Masters
Experience: Minimum 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing accounts information to internal departments.
• Placing direct phone calls and E-mails to customers.
• Prepares documentation necessary to create the Credit or Debit Memo necessary to true up a customer account.
• Dispatching & Verification of Invoices.
• Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments.
• Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment.
• Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
• Works closely with the Billing Department to implement processes and policies that contribute to accurate invoicing.
• Coordination with sales team regarding new CRF.
• Achievement of assign targets.
