Description:

We are hiring for Team Leader Contact Center.

Office Location: Karachi
Qualification: Intermediate or Graduate.
Experience: 2 to 3 Years of Contact Center Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to optimum performance levels to achieve agreed targets.
  • Deliver all departmental KPIs, achieving set targets and objectives.
  • Build effective relationships with other teams and departments. Communicate all information clearly and in a timely manner.
  • Act as a role model to others whilst striving to achieve high standards of performance and customer service.
  • Manage team KPIs and ensure that each member of the team provides an optimum level of customer service to the customer.
  • Handle escalated calls and resolve customer problems.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the team and help them to improve.
