Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited is looking for Team Lead – Technical Assistance (Desktop Support)

Education: Minimum Graduate (BSCS/BSIT/BCE/BTE/) (B.COM/B.A) with Computer Hardware Diploma/ Minimum 1-Year Certification

(Applicants having B.A/B.com degrees & diploma or certification in information technology can also be considered)

Experience: 4 – 5 years experience in desktop support in a corporate organization.

Job Duties:

1. Strong command on Windows 8, 10 & 11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
2. Strong command on MS Office, specially on Outlook, eMClient & WPS Office
3. Strong command on Laptop/Desktop hardware troubleshooting
4. Helping and guiding Technical Assistance team in resolving pending complaints
5. Technical Assistance tickets management
6. Store System Management
7. Technical Assistance Team Management
