Description:
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Lead and supervise the global recruitment team, ensuring targets and timelines are met.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for global technical roles.
- Coordinate with management and project teams to align hiring priorities.
- Maintain high-quality candidate pipelines and ensure compliance with client SLAs.
- Develop sourcing strategies and improve team performance through training and feedback.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s in HR, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of IT recruitment experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in global technical hiring (EUC, Networking, Data Center, Infrastructure).
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and data management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
