Position: Team Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and develop a team of 8 Financial Advisors.
- Maintain at least 4 active advisors every month.
- Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize productivity.
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and regular performance reviews.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.

Must Have

- Bachelor's degree (MBA/BBA preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Sales, insurance, banking, or team management experience is preferred.
- Strong recruitment and people management abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
- Must be based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
- Available for immediate joining.
