S&P Global Market Intelligence is hiring a Team Lead, Global Prospecting to drive lead generation and sales growth. This leadership role involves managing a dynamic team that facilitates frontline interactions for Market Intelligence products, ensuring a high-quality sales funnel through effective engagement and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead & Coach Sales Development Team – Provide hands-on coaching to enhance team performance, product knowledge, and client engagement.
✅ Prospecting & Lead Generation – Oversee team efforts to create introductions and generate high-quality leads.
✅ Sales Pipeline Management – Meet individual prospecting KPIs while driving the team toward revenue targets.
✅ Strategic Collaboration – Work closely with regional Sales Managers to develop targeted strategies.
✅ Stakeholder Management – Maintain open communication with key internal stakeholders on progress and team performance.
✅ CRM & Data Management – Ensure accurate data tracking and reporting through Salesforce and other tools.
✅ Cross-Team Efficiency – Develop and implement feedback loops for enhanced team productivity.
✅ Performance Analysis – Track and optimize sales efforts through reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

✔️ Experience in Sales Development & Client Services – Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
