We are seeking a Team Lead – Brand Manager to lead the strategic growth of the Hair Matters brand. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven leader who can translate brand vision into impactful campaigns, manage cross-functional teams, and drive brand consistency across all touch points.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee and coordinate multiple departments to ensure unified brand direction
- Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
- Strengthen brand visibility, positioning, and consumer engagement
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to guide decision-making
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms
- Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance and brand KPIs
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in brand management or marketing roles
- Experience working with reputed companies, preferably within the hair care, beauty, or personal care industry
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, product positioning, and market analysis
- Proven experience in marketing campaign development, advertising, and brand communication
- Solid understanding of consumer behavior and competitor research
- Excellent leadership, project management, and team management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
