We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Lead with expertise in web development using React.js, Node.js, and mobile application development with React Native. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading a talented group of developers, driving projects to successful completion, and contributing to the growth and success of our development team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to a team of web and mobile application developers.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide team members, promoting skill development and career growth.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web and mobile application projects.
- Collaborate with developers to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in web and mobile technologies.
- Hands-on contribution to development tasks and code reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying them to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, front-end and back-end developers.
- Implement and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and testing practices to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Identify and address technical debt and code vulnerabilities.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Participate in client meetings to present project updates and discuss technical solutions.
- Act as a bridge between the development team and clients to ensure effective communication.
- Address client feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading web and mobile development teams.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and React Native.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Solid understanding of software development lie cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.
