Team Coordinator

 

Description:

A smaller part of the role will be team events (staff meetings, all hands, offsites) and coordination of the SVP’s calendar when needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Help SVP create budget and track on week to week basis
  • Work with finance/legal to onboard vendors and issue POs/NDAs/etc.
  • Purchase small items for team’s day to day work
  • Track POs against budget and make sure we are not exceeding allocated spend
  • Run weekly staff meeting, including agenda, notes, and follow ups
  • Coordinate team all hands: agenda, work with design and contributors to create finished deck
  • Cooridnate team on-sites/off-sites
  • Help SVP with calendar coordination
