Teacher Trainer

Description:

LEAPS (Love for Education, Arts, Play, and Skills) is seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher Trainer to support the implementation and quality of our storytelling-based learning program. This part-time role involves training teachers and monitoring and evaluating the progress of the program across partner schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-deliver engaging trainings for teachers working with young learners.
• Provide ongoing follow-up support to teachers implementing the program.
• Observe classroom sessions to assess quality of implementation, learner engagement, and age-appropriate practices.
• Contribute to adapting learning materials and approaches based on classroom realities.

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience teaching at the early years and primary levels. (required).
• Background in teacher training, literacy, or creative/experiential learning programs preferred.
• Basic knowledge of monitoring and evaluation or willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a part-time role.
