Our teachers are the backbone of our model and as a Teacher Growth Associate your core goal is to expand that network of teachers, but more importantly find the right DNA from the thousands that apply. This involves vetting and spotting the right talent to bring on board, whilst nurturing them through the teacher application journey. Alongside, working across different departments to ensure smooth and seamless/integration of new teacher partners, setting them up for success and most importantly crafting teacher growth and success strategies.

• Teacher application vetting.
• On ground recruitment drives at universities and online platforms where growth associates pitch Dot & Line Teachers as a career opportunity.
• Growth associates will nurture candidates through the application process and be responsive to all queries, resulting in faster application completion and higher conversions.
• Teacher Cohort Planning and Optimization- teacher requirements based on demand.
• Support with marketing plans based on the cohorts and targets.
• Working cross functionally with tech teams on user insights to iterate custom recruitment portal.
• Presenting cohort analysis, teacher network growth analysis and systemizing personas.
• Become the advocate for our teachers in the company to ensure their queries are resolved in timely manner
• Developing and executing strategies for building teacher loyalty, increasing retention and reducing churn rate.
• Gather and document constant feedback from teachers to be able to quantitatively assess customer success metrics.
