𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Taxation Officer

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
The candidate is responsible for handling 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐱𝐞𝐬 task, ensuring 𝐭𝐚𝐱 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬, and identify tax saving avenues. He will ensure the adequacy of statutory compliance & establish process improvements measures within area of responsibility and makes recommendations.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

· Filing of 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐚𝐱 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 including filing of relevant Annex.
· Prepare 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 by ensuring all adjustments are made in IRIS.
. Follow-up from relevant department in case of any discrepancy.
· Prepare purchase reconciliation and make follow-up for unposted purchases & service invoice from relevant department.
· Filing of 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐁𝐑 and follow-up their receipts.
· Maintain complete refund files monthly basis.
· Filing of 𝐒𝐑𝐁 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 and making payment SRB withholding.
· Prepare 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐱 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 with FBR.
· Filing of quarterly income tax withholding statement with FBR.
· Verification of all payments by ensuring compliance of income & Sales tax withholding.
· Prepare data against notices issued by 𝐅𝐁𝐑 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐑𝐁.
· Any other task is assigned by the supervisor.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

· 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: MBA Finance / ACMA /ACCA (Part Qualified)
· 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 1-2 years in handling tax matters
· 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Proficient in Income Tax and 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐬, strong analytical and communication skills, hands on experience with Microsoft Excel.
