Arthur Lawrence is looking for Talent Advocates/Technical Recruiters for its Karachi office at main Shahrah-e-Faisal.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for handling the requirements of US based clients. You will be recruiting candidates for multiple IT positions like Java Developer, .Net Developer, Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, DBA, IT Project Manager, Software Architect, Web Developer, Systems Analyst, Java Developer etc.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English communication.
2. Excellent in verbal and written communication.
3. Experience in BPO industries/ Call centers.
4. Target oriented
5. Able to work in night shift (7pm to 4am – Mon to Fri)
