Description:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader to lead our recruitment operations for GCC clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Gulf recruitment, bulk hiring, and international staffing, along with hands-on experience in GCC work visa processing and compliance.
This role requires a results-driven leader who can manage a recruitment team, meet high-volume hiring targets, and ensure seamless deployment of candidates across GCC countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Drive bulk hiring campaigns for blue-collar and white-collar roles across GCC
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
- Build and maintain strong pipelines through job portals, social media, and international sourcing channels
- Coordinate with clients in GCC for manpower requirements and timely closures
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and processing of GCC work visas
- Manage mobilization process including medicals, visa stamping, ticketing, and deployment
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and recruitment metrics to improve efficiency
- Maintain and optimize ATS and recruitment systems
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Mandatory experience in GCC recruitment / Gulf hiring
- Proven experience in bulk hiring / mass recruitment projects
- Strong knowledge of GCC labor laws, visa processing, and international recruitment procedures
- Experience in manpower staffing / recruitment agency environment (highly preferred)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring deadlines
- Proficiency in ATS, job portals, and sourcing tools
