Eminent4U, an ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certified company, is seeking a passionate and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its dynamic HR team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help scale the workforce for the company’s UK-based IT & BPO operations. The ideal candidate will be a people-first recruiter with a keen eye for sourcing talent and delivering a smooth and effective onboarding experience.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Eminent4U, you will play a key role in the recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates, as well as collaborating with department heads to meet hiring needs. You will also manage documentation, onboarding checklists, and ensure a seamless orientation process for new hires. Your role will extend to preparing recruitment status reports and maintaining robust talent pipelines to meet future hiring demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment: From sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and ensuring smooth candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

  • Collaboration with department heads: Working closely with hiring managers to understand departmental hiring needs and provide feedback tracking.

  • Onboarding and documentation: Managing new hire documentation, onboarding checklists, and facilitating orientation for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

  • Recruitment status reports: Preparing regular recruitment updates to track the status of the hiring process and the overall talent pipeline.

  • HR support: Addressing basic HR queries and providing support in core HR operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow across the team.

  • Seamless onboarding experience: Ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees during their onboarding phase, helping them feel confident and comfortable in their new roles.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience: 1–2 years of core recruitment experience, with a preference for experience in the BPO industry

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office

    • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn
