The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement innovative and comprehensive sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit.
• Provide feedback to hiring managers and collaborate on final candidate selection.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruiting role.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
