• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networking platforms, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates.
• Screening and Assessment
• Interviewing and Selection
• Offer Negotiation and On boarding
• Stay Updated on Recruitment Trends
