Description:
To drive high-impact telesales performance by offering Shariah-compliant Takaful products to a diverse customer base. This role is instrumental in delivering customer-first takaful solutions that align with individual needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, deep knowledge of Takaful products, and a passion for helping clients make informed financial protection choices.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound inquiries and outbound telesales calls with professionalism and clarity.
- Understanding customer needs and offering suitable Takaful products (Auto, Health etc.).
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, conversion rates, and service quality benchmarks.
- Providing expert-level product knowledge and resolving complex customer queries.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure comprehensive solutions and seamless handovers.
- Following up on assigned leads with speed and accuracy to optimize conversion.
- Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on customer profiles.
- Offering post-sales support and managing escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
- Sharing insights with the team on customer trends and product improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of telesales experience, preferably in Takaful, insurance, or fintech.
- Proven ability to sell over the phone with strong conversion and closure rates.
- Solid understanding of Takaful concepts and insurance industry landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
