Description:

Required Education;

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.

Job Description;

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Generate complaint tickets against the respective areas.
  • Track complaint tickets through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (technical engineers and the NOC team)
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Maintain jovial relationships with clients
  • To entertain customer calls, emails, Whatsapp messages and walk in customers.

Experience

  • Fresh to 1 year

  • Eager to learn
  • Agreed to work in shifts
  • Good communication skills
