Computer Support Professionals (CSPRO) is urgently hiring a Level 1 Systems Engineer to join its growing IT team based in Karachi. As a Systems Engineer (Level 1), you will be the first line of technical support for a range of clients, responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations and providing top-tier assistance via multiple channels, including phone, support tickets, and remote access tools. You’ll work under Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) hours, requiring both technical proficiency and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical IT support and troubleshoot user issues via phone, remote sessions, and helpdesk tickets.

• Monitor and maintain systems, software, and network performance to ensure optimal functionality.

• Document support procedures, resolutions, and client interaction for future reference.

• Provide user training and guidance on software and hardware usage where necessary.

• Ensure adherence to data security and confidentiality protocols at all times.

• Participate in a weekend on-call rotation for urgent support needs.

• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for advanced issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support, ideally in a corporate or MSP (Managed Service Provider) setting.

• Strong proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 2016+, and basic networking concepts.

• Working knowledge of Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments is highly desirable.

• Industry certifications such as Sophos, MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), or similar are advantageous.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Shift Timing:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) – aligns with night hours in Pakistan.
