Artistic Milliners Pvt Ltd is looking for System Support / Help Desk Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in IT with at least 3 years' experience in system support.
Possess in-depth knowledge of business software and hardware systems with excellent troubleshooting skills.
Incumbent will be responsible for installing, configuring and monitoring of computer systems and networks.
Provide proactive technical support to the users and resolve the support requests.
Identify, diagnose and rectify any issues in computer hardware, software, services, and applications.
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
