·        Office 365 (Setup & migrations) Exchange

·        SCCM

·        Active Directory Management Tools

·        Legal application experience

·        Filesite, BigHand, Carpe Diem or Elite

·        Networking (configuring firewalls/ routers/switches)

·        Remote support (VPN, RDS)

·        Virtualisation (VMware)
