System Engineer

Position: System Engineer
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Experience: 4 – 5 years
Timings: 9 am to 6 pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Multi-vendor support for our SLA customers.
• Hands-on knowledge of hardware configurations – IBM, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Fujitsu, Huawei Sun Oracle Servers.
• Hands-on knowledge of hardware configurations – IBM, HPE, Dell EMC, Fujitsu storages.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, logs analysis & faulty hardware replacements.
• Hands-on experience of Servers / Storages hardware RAIDs configurations.
• Hands-on experience of installing & configuring Linux (RedHat, SUSE, CentOS), Solaris, Windows Server, VM Ware.
• Able to attend customer calls 24/7 onsite and provide technical support as per SLA & when required.
• Trainings / Certifications often held.
