We are in search of a "System Administrator" to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of proven experience, adeptly managing data center infrastructure and ensuring optimal system
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage servers and technology tools
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
Expertise Required:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a System Administrator / Engineer or similar role
- Experience with Datacenter, Servers, RAID management, networks (LAN, WAN), Windows and Linux administration, and patch management, OS upgrades, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring maximum system availability
- Hands-on experience on Dell, H3C servers and storages
- Virtualization (VMware, H3C HCI, Sangfor, Openstack, Proxmox) hands-on and practical experience in production environments for at least 1 year
- Mid–level Experience with Active Directory, DNS, NTP
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), VCP-DCV) is a plus
