Survey Officer

 

Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Survey Officer - Outbound to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound survey calls to gather valuable customer feedback. Your insights will play a direct role in shaping customer experience strategies and service improvements at one of Pakistan’s leading automotive brands.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional outbound calls to collect structured customer feedback.
  • Accurately record and document customer responses in the designated system.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
  • Meet daily and weekly call targets while ensuring quality of data collection.
  • Provide summarized insights and reports to the relevant teams.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
  • Experience: 1.5–2 years of proven experience in outbound calls, tele-surveys, customer service, or call center operations.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal communication and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target-driven role.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office/Excel for data recording.
