Surveillance Officer

Description:

Back Tech is looking for a Surveillance Officer to join our team and play a key role in monitoring activities, identifying irregularities, and ensuring operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor surveillance systems and activities with a high level of attention to detail.
• Identify, document, and report suspicious or irregular activities.
• Review footage and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Escalate incidents and observations to the relevant team members when required.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Ensure all assigned monitoring tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding incidents, discrepancies, and operational concerns.
• Maintain a professional and alert approach throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Good English communication skills
• Strong command of MS Excel
• Ability to analyze information and identify discrepancies
• Good reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and remain focused for extended periods
• Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude
• Comfortable working in a night-shift, onsite environment

Night Shift | US Hours — weekly timings may vary based on the schedule.
