Expert BOS is looking for detail-oriented and responsible Surveillance Officers to join our growing BPO team. This role is ideal for individuals who are vigilant, proactive and committed to maintaining compliance, security and operational discipline.

🔍 Role Overview
The Surveillance Officers will be responsible for monitoring live and recorded footage, ensuring adherence to company policies and supporting management with timely reporting and incident identification.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
-> Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems footages or in real time
-> Identify, document and report any suspicious activities or policy violations
-> Ensure compliance with company security and operational standards
-> Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident records
-> Support internal audits and investigations

✅ Requirements
-> Bachelor’s degree preferred
-> Experience in Backoffice / BPO environment is a plus
-> Ability to manage rotational shifts
-> Good English verbal and written communication skills
-> Strong observation and reporting skills
-> Willingness and eagerness to learn basic Spanish language
