In this role, you will manage client queries, provide exceptional support, and identify upselling opportunities across our design, development, and branding services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to client queries, ensuring excellent support for ongoing projects.

  • Identify and present upselling opportunities for additional design, development, and branding services.

  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to guarantee timely and successful project delivery.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to promote satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Keep thorough documentation of all client interactions and communications.


Candidate Profile & Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of web design and development services.

  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recognize client needs and upselling opportunities.

  • Strong organizational skills and diligent follow-up ability.

  • Previous experience in client support or upselling is a plus.
