Description:
Proceed is actively looking for a Support & Upsell Executive to become an integral part of their Design & Development team. This role is ideal for an individual with strong communication skills, a client-centric approach, and an interest in driving sales growth through upselling services such as web design, development, and branding.
The role demands handling client queries efficiently, providing outstanding support throughout project lifecycles, and identifying opportunities to introduce additional services that meet client needs. Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, the Executive ensures seamless project delivery and builds long-term client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond promptly to client queries and concerns regarding ongoing projects.
Identify and pitch upselling opportunities related to design, development, and branding services.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Document all client communications thoroughly and maintain accurate records.
Foster strong, trust-based relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Candidate Requirements:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of web design and development processes.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recognize and act on upselling opportunities.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-ups and detail management.
Previous experience in client support or sales upselling is advantageous.
