Web Cube Technologies is looking for a client-focused and technically proficient WordPress Support Engineer to provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 support to our global clientele. As a member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for customers encountering issues, guiding them with effective troubleshooting, insightful communication, and timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of WordPress internals, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing systems.

  • Troubleshoot WordPress-related issues, including plugin conflicts, theme problems, and performance concerns.

  • Provide configuration guidance and technical advice to users.

  • Document common issues and develop knowledge base articles.

  • Collaborate with the development team for issue resolution and feature suggestions.

  • Track customer feedback to help improve product usability and satisfaction.
