Support Engineer

Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

· BS degree Computer Science/IT.
· Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in system and network support.
· Expertise in Windows and MAC OS installation, configurations, as well as desktop applications.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in relation to desktop/mobile devices, software, LAN, and the Internet.
· Microsoft certification and training are preferred.
