Supply Chain Trainee

 

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help oversee inventory across multiple eCommerce brands, coordinate with vendors and logistics partners, and ensure smooth supply chain operations. You’ll also support leadership in analyzing new business opportunities and acquisitions. While prior experience is a plus, we welcome fresh graduates with the right mindset—comprehensive training will be provided to help you excel.

Key Responsibilities

● Inventory & Supply Chain Management

● Monitor inventory levels across multiple eCommerce platforms and warehouses.

● Forecast demand and ensure stock availability to meet client and customer needs.

● Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to manage order flow.

● Track shipments (including DDP imports) and resolve any supply or logistics issues promptly.

● Implement efficient systems to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and dead inventory.

● Data Tracking & Reporting

● Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, purchase orders, and sales trends.

● Generate reports on stock levels, order fulfillment, cash flow, and supply chain performance.

● Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure data accuracy.

● Process Optimization & Business Growth Support

● Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes and reduce costs.

● Assist in implementing best practices for warehouse and inventory management.

● Support the leadership team in analyzing potential new business acquisitions.

● Provide supply chain insights during due diligence and integration phases.

 

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

 

Skills:

Basic knowledge of supply chain concepts and principles.

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, or other spreadsheet tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
