Supply Chain Specialist

Description:

DEENIN is looking for a highly organized, proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing eCommerce team!

This role plays a key part in managing our end-to-end order fulfillment, optimizing supply chain operations, and coordinating with B2B clients and partners to ensure smooth deliveries and satisfied customers.

🔍 What You'll Do:

Oversee daily order fulfillment processes for D2C (direct-to-consumer) and B2B shipments

Coordinate with 3PL partners, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery

Manage inventory levels across multiple platforms and warehouses

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for replenishment and lead-time optimization

Handle bulk B2B orders, invoicing, and logistics coordination

Analyze supply chain performance and suggest process improvements

Track KPIs like order accuracy, delivery timelines, and fulfillment cost efficiency

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in supply chain or fulfillment roles, preferably in eCommerce

Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and order processing

Experience with Shopify, Amazon FBA, or any fulfillment management software is a plus

Great communication skills — especially for B2B coordination

Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
