We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced, and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement, imports, logistics, inventory, warehousing, and overall supply chain operations to ensure cost efficiency, operational excellence, and uninterrupted production.

🔹 Key Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, imports, logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Experience in international sourcing, supplier negotiations, import documentation, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1), ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and optimize supply chain costs.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including raw material sourcing, supplier selection, price negotiations, and vendor management.
• Oversee import operations, including import documentation, coordination with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs authorities, and port clearance.
• Supervise warehouse operations, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and material handling.
• Manage transporters, negotiate freight rates, optimize transportation costs, and ensure timely dispatch and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Finance, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Ensure accurate procurement, inventory, and warehouse transactions through SAP B1 / ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, import regulations, and procurement procedures.
