Supply Chain Manager

We're Hiring: Supply Chain Manager | Shot Coffee, Karachi

Shot Coffee is growing, and we're looking for a sharp, hands-on Supply Chain Manager to keep every cup on point, from bean to bar.

What you'll do:
• Plan and manage procurement of ingredients.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors; negotiate pricing, quality and payment terms
• Own inventory control across branches: stock levels, par levels, wastage and expiry tracking
• Coordinate deliveries and stock transfers between the central store and outlets
• Run regular stock counts and reconcile inventory with finance
• Forecast demand based on sales trends, seasons and new branch openings
• Set up and improve SOPs for receiving, storage and issuing

What we're looking for:
• 3+ years of supply chain, procurement or inventory experience, ideally in F&B, QSR or retail
• Strong vendor network in Karachi is a big plus
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and inventory or POS systems
• Organised, numbers-driven and calm under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field preferred
