🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
✔ Manage procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution activities
✔ Monitor supply chain performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
✔ Analyze demand forecasts and coordinate production planning
✔ Identify operational risks and implement process improvements
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
✔ Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
✔ Lead and mentor the supply chain team
✔ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
🎓 Qualification Required:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
📈 Experience Required:
✅ 5+ years of overall experience
✅ 3–4 years in a similar managerial capacity
