🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations: procurement, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management.
- Develop and execute cost-efficient supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure timely, quality-driven supply.
- Ensure accurate demand planning, material forecasting, and optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Technical, and Admin teams.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and import/export regulations.
- Implement process improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
- Train and supervise a growing supply chain team.
🧩 Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (engineering/trading/industrial sector preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Business / Engineering (Master’s or CSCP/CIPS certification is a plus).
- Strong vendor negotiation skills and experience with ERP/Supply Chain Management systems.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and leadership capabilities.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
