As a Supplier Payment Executive, your primary responsibility will be to digitize B2B transactions by onboarding high-potential distributors and activating merchants on the M2D (Merchant-to-Distributor) digital payment platform. You will be expected to establish and nurture strong relationships with both distributors and merchants while working in close collaboration with internal sales teams, banking partners, and tech stakeholders for seamless integration and operational execution.

Your role will involve conducting field visits and training sessions, tracking performance metrics, driving throughput growth, analyzing market trends, and ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks.

You should have a solid understanding of distributor operations, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a genuine interest in digital financial inclusion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams are essential.
