Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of network technicians and engineers.
• Coordinate the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of fixed network systems and equipment.
• Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement necessary solutions promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fixed network services effectively.
• Offer technical guidance and support to team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fixed network technologies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Fixed Network Supervisor or similar role.
• Proficiency in telecommunications and fixed network technologies.
• Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Candidates based in KSA will be given priority, and immediate availability is preferred.
