Chase Value is looking for SUPERVISOR - SECURITY & LOSS PREVENTION

QUALIFICATION: Minimum Graduate preferably Masters.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 02 to 03 years of proven Experience of Security & Loss

Prevention preferably in Fashion Retail Industry.

Following are the major responsibilities:

Responsible for overall security of store & warehouse

Follows and implements the Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).

Supervisor, CCTV Operators, Internal Detectives/Security Officers, Gate Supervisors and Third Party Security Guards will be directly reporting to him.

Responsible for maintenance of Fire Fighting Equipment and proper making & implementation of Emergency Evacuation Plans.

Responsible for good relationship with local Police, Municipality, Fire Brigade and Civil Defense

Reacts immediately to customer complaints in terms of safety and security

Responsible for accurate reporting of incidents compilation / completion, shrinkage, shoplifting, Security seals records, product damages and randomly expiry/short expiry check list of the products.
