Position: Supervisor Retention Team :
Location: Islamabad

Job Summary:

• Responsible for end-to-end Retention of all churned & part of base customers
• Execution of all Retention campaign through outbound retention team
• Develop Retention team by identifying strengths and areas of opportunity
• Provide expertise opinion & guide different stakeholder in managing churn
• Track reporting and results
• Responsible for people management

Candidate Qualification: BBA/ MBA Marketing
Candidate Experience: 3-4 Year experience in customer Care
Other Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Good Team Player.
