We are now hiring Subject Specialists with expertise in diverse academic fields to join our dynamic editorial and research support team.

Role:

• Edit and proofread academic papers, theses, dissertations, and research articles for clarity, coherence, and subject-specific accuracy across disciplines (e.g., food science, postharvest technology, social sciences, engineering, humanities, etc.).

• Apply journal-specific formatting guidelines (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago, IEEE, Harvard) to ensure publication readiness.

• Provide constructive feedback to enhance academic tone, research impact, and alignment with disciplinary standards.

• Collaborate remotely with clients to support scholarship applications, research proposals, and study abroad materials.

• Maintain academic integrity, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in any academic discipline (e.g., Food Science, Engineering, Social Sciences, Humanities, Business, or related fields).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic writing, editing, or research in your field.

• Strong command of academic writing conventions and discipline-specific terminology.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Docs (track changes).

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet strict deadlines.
