Student Support Officers

 

Description:

This is a highly student-facing role requiring strong communication, customer handling, and academic coordination within a UK-based education environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Student enrolment, registration & academic guidance

• Handling student queries (calls, email, systems)

• Monitoring engagement & follow-ups

• Attendance coordination & academic tracking

• Fee follow-ups & student record management (SMS / SITS)

• Coordination with Registry & Exams

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in relevant field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (mandatory)

• Customer support / call handling experience is essential

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent

• Strong written communication & email etiquette

• MS Excel & system proficiency

• UK education system exposure (preferred)
