Description:
The successful candidate will
- report directly to the Director of the International Student Recruitment who is based in the UK;
- represent Embrace Worldwide in the Lahore office helping to develop the business in Pakistan;
- be responsible for a team of advisors, their training and development;
- be prepared to solve and answer any queries from the students and their family members;
- help students with their step-by-step application process including but not limited to visa application and pre-departure process;
- attend international student recruitment events on behalf of the organisation;
To be successful, the candidate should
- have 5 years experience of international student recruitment;
- be fluent in English, both spoken and written, in communication, interpersonal and negotiation circumstances;
- high-level numeric literacy and critical thinking;
- be ready to constantly learn new skills;
- demonstrate the ability to think critically, create new recruitment solutions and take responsibility for decisions, outcomes and the team;
- be ready to work weekends and evenings to meet the requirements of the recruitment activities;
- be able to meet the deadlines and the targets in the fast-pace environment within the scheduled timelines and variable priorities.
