✅ Make calls to the inquiries received through emails & Facebook and provide relevant information.
✅ Generate Leads
✅ Consult students on career choices, choose courses in foreign educational institutes and universities
✅ Assistance with admission and visa application
✅ Handling and identification of prospective clients through different channels like E-mails, Online Queries, LinkedIn, Visitors
✅ Handle and process the cases of respective clients with extreme care
✅ Respond to all queries raised by client/department during the case processing and give followup where necessary
