Description:
The Student Counselor will be responsible for advising prospective students on international education opportunities, evaluating profiles, and managing the admissions and visa application lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Counseling: Conduct career counseling sessions to assist students and parents in selecting appropriate courses, universities, and destination countries.
- Admission Management: Evaluate academic credentials, check entry requirements, and efficiently process applications for international partner universities.
- Visa Guidance: Inform and assist students regarding visa documentation, financial requirements, and interview preparation in compliance with immigration guidelines.
- Lead Conversion: Actively follow up with walk-in inquiries and digital leads to ensure maximum conversion and student enrollment.
- Database & Operations: Maintain accurate student records, update CRM systems, and assist in daily branch coordination.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor's Degree from an HEC-recognized university).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in student counseling, educational consultancy, or corporate customer service. (Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and high potential are also encouraged to apply).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic internet research.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
