The ideal candidate will independently manage student counselling, provide strategic guidance on study pathways, and support the team in achieving enrolment targets. Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on programs, universities, and career pathways (UK/Australia/Europe)
• Manage student applications from counselling to visa grant
• Coordinate with processing team and maintain student & parent communication
• Stay updated on admissions, visa policies, and scholarships
• Support team targets and conversions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, Business, or related)
• 1–2 years experience in international student counselling
• Strong knowledge of UK, Australia & Europe admission/visa processes
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organisational skills
• Professional, confident, and target-driven
