Student Counselor

Description:

Syntax Resources is looking for a passionate and skilled Student Counselor / Student Advisor to join their team for a client in Lahore. This full-time role involves providing individual and group counseling to students on academic, social, emotional, and career-related issues. The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate, preferably with a background in psychology or education, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The position offers a supportive and structured working environment with opportunities for professional growth. Freshers are encouraged to apply, especially female candidates. As a Student Counselor, you will work closely with students to address their concerns and guide them toward a positive academic and career path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students on academic, social, emotional, and career-related issues.

• Assist students in making informed decisions regarding their education and career choices.

• Maintain confidentiality and create a safe space for students to express concerns.

• Support students in managing stress, emotions, and academic pressures.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate (Psychology, Education, or related fields preferred).

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

• Female candidates preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• PKR 30,000–35,000 per month.
