What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in student counselling, education consultancy, or a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong spoken and written English
Ability to understand students’ academic goals and provide suitable guidance
Good knowledge of international education pathways and admissions
Strong follow-up and client-handling skills
Confident, professional, and target-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding study-abroad opportunities and suitable programs
Assess students’ academic profiles and career goals
Guide students through the admission and application process
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing students
Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent client service
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing
Work towards assigned counselling and enrolment targets
