Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate student records on the LMS

• Provide guidance and support to students on academic & non-academic matters

• Coordinate student services including orientations, counseling, extracurricular activities, and courses

• Handle student queries and ensure customer satisfaction

• Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration

• Assist in implementing student-related policies and procedures

 

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• IT savvy

• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
